Here at Bares Taekwondo Fitness, we train teens and adults how to kickbox. Kickboxing is a great way to learn proper striking, while also being a total body workout. No matter you experience or fitness level, this class has something for you. We make every student at all levels feel welcome. FITNESS

Students get a full body workout during class from not only kicking and punching, but exercises used in class that are specific to building athleticism for martial arts. Flexibility, body control, strength, power, and endurance are core components of this class.

STRIKING

In this class we use pads, bag work, partner drills, sparring (optional), and other methods to increase our striking prowess. Techniques are borrowed from a wide range of arts such as Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Karate, Dutch Kickboxing, Boxing, and more!
